1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and enrolling in any course offered by Guardian Training LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or book services.
2. Services Provided
Guardian Training LLC provides training courses, including but not limited to: CPR, AED, and First Aid training; Safety and preparedness training; Other educational services. Certain courses are delivered using curriculum provided through the American Red Cross. Guardian Training LLC operates as an independent business and is not owned or operated by the American Red Cross.
3. Participant Eligibility
Participants must be physically able to participate in course activities and meet any age requirements listed for specific courses. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide written consent.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Guardian Training LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Guardian Training LLC. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Requests for rescheduling may be considered if made at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Cancellations
Guardian Training LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Guardian Training LLC, participants will be offered: A rescheduled date, or a full refund.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to follow all instructor directions, act in a safe and respectful manner, and use equipment properly. Guardian Training LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
8. Certifications
Certification is not guaranteed. Participants must attend the full course and successfully complete all required skills and assessments. Certifications are issued through the American Red Cross system when applicable.
9. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Training LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in training or any actions taken by participants after completing training. Participation in all courses is at your own risk.

All training is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or professional certification beyond course completion.
